What you have to look at on an IDIQ is how much money will be OBLIGATED under this fiscal year. On an IDIQ, the base contract is awarded (the five year deal) and then individual delivery orders are cut against the base contract. So however much was ordered and obligated in FY12 is the money that is being used to burn up this FY.
